I was a bit scared for the reason that I had never bought a car before in the dealership but my sales person Juan C. really helped me out. He give the time to explain the features of my SUV and get me on something that I really needed. I would totally go back for my next upgrade. He takes good care of his customers.

Our experience at Gillman in San Benito with Joseph Patterson was wonderful. He was very informative on the F150 my husband and I inquired about. He went right to work and got the financing we needed. If your ever in need for a used vehicle definitely go see Joseph.

Attention: Gillman Honda Manager/Owner,                             

Recently while on vacation from Canada in South Padre Island we took our Honda Accord into Gillman Honda in San Benito, Texas for brake repair work. Upon arrival we were met by Service Adviser Raul Villa who was quick to look after us in a very courteous manner. He returned with our repair estimate and clearly explained it to me.
As is often the case our car as with any car (because we are not mechanics) required more repairs than we had anticipated and at this point The Service Manager Jeff Locke along with his Mechanic Leo Puente showed us the areas of further concern they found and were most professional in detailing to us what was required as well as why. The "Why" was our safety and I am very thankful for their trade knowledge as clearly our vehicle needed immediate repairs. Jeff saw that I was concerned about the overall cost of the repairs but alleviated my concerns in a trustworthy, professional and calm manner with a very detailed explanation of the required repairs. I was able to watch through a glass window from inside the customer waiting area as the repairs were completed and must say that Leo the Mechanic was quite careful and expedient with our vehicle repairs. I even had the opportunity to speak with Leo on a couple of occasions and it was very obvious to me that he is a true professional and wants his work to be the best and that he takes great pride in what he does.

Further while waiting for the repairs to be completed it would be unfair if I did not mention the young lady at the Service counter Jeannie who was confidently responding to inquiries from other customers as well as me with a smile and confidence that was both reassuring and a credit to Gillman Honda.

In conclusion I would like to congratulate Jeff Locke for the professional manner that he deals with not only his customers but his staff and would highly recommend Gillman Honda to any Canadian who is traveling in the area and finds their vehicle in need of repairs.

Shortly after the 2011 shipment of Hondas arrived at Gillman Honda-San Benito, I spied a Crosstour perched upon a pedestal. It was love at first sight!. For the next year, I drove passed the car, every chance I could, even stopping a few times to check out the interior and the price. Dare to dream, I thought. Upon hearing of your Memorial Day Sale, I decided that it was time I get serious. I had been driving my faithful 2000 Honda Accord for 11 years and it had never failed me. It was time, however, to look into procuring a new vehicle. I presented my choice to my boyfriend, Gary, (not a car enthusiast, by any means!) He was immediately sold. Jesse Rodriguez happened upon us and gave us his business card. No pushing! Wow! We returned on Monday and were assisted by Jesse R. and Veronica Lozano. They were both very personable,  informative, and helpful.  After a test drive (they handed over the keys and said "Go", another "Wow"!) in one of the models in stock. We were highly impressed with everything except for the interior color, black.  Far too hot for the South Texas heat, and the ivory interior just ROCKS!!! Sales Manager Jeff Peters found THE car at another Gillman dealership and had it in San Benito the next day. We quoted him a monthly payment that I could afford on a teacher's salary. Jeff went to the mat to ensure I had a price that was financially feasible for me. Noelia Vasquez, the Business Manager also came through very promptly. When Gary and I are pleased with a product and/or service, we are very vocal. "Word of mouth" is the best form of advertising there is. We will tout Gillman Honda to all, in the highest regards. In all, from start to finish, Jeff Peters and his team went WAY above the call of duty to make this dream a reality for me. My hat is off to them! I am proud to be a Gillman Gal!!

I had the pleasure of dealing one of your sales staff, Julian Alvarez, and finance officers - Noelia. I was beyond satisfied! The service was excellent. They put me in a vehicle that meets my needs for an economical, functional, and comfortable vehicle, and they made it a pleasant experience. It more than met my expectations for service!
